Fábio Venturelli - Mr. Venturelli holds an undergraduate degree in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (1988), an MBA from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA/FEA) (1991) and INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France (2000). He has amassed over 25 years of experience in the fields of corporate management, global business management and commercial management in the chemicals and plastics industry, acting in both national and international companies. His career began at Dow Chemical, during the 1989-2007 period, where he held positions both in Brazil and in the USA, among which the functions of Global Business Officer and Corporate Strategic Development Officer. At present, Fábio Venturelli occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer at the São Martinho Group (comprising São Martinho S.A, São Martinho Energia S.A, Companhia Bioenergética Santa Cruz 1, São Martinho Logística e Participações S.A, Vale do Piracicaba S.A., Nova Fronteira Bioenergia S.A., Usina Boa Vista S.A. e SMBJ Agroindustrial S.A.), one of the largest producers of sugar and ethanol in Brazil. Mr Venturelli also acts as CEO and Officer of Nova Fronteira Bioenergia SA., a joint venture between São Martinho with Petrobras Biocombustível S.A., which aims at expanding the ethanol output in the Center-West region, through the companies Usina Boa Vista S.A and SMBJ Agroindustrial S.A. Mr. Venturelli also has a seat on the Board of SMA Indústria Química S.A (São Martinho & Amyris), of Vale Do Mogi Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A (wholly-owned subsidiary of the São Martinho Group), of Nova Fronteira Bioenergia S.A and of CTC Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira S.A.
Fernando de Castro Reinach - Mr Reinach holds an undergraduate degree in Biosciences from the Bioscience Institute of the University of São Paulo (1978), PhD from Cornell University Medical College, New York, USA, spotlighted for receiving the award of the best doctoral thesis in 1984; he also holds a postdoctoral degree from Dr. A.R. MacLeod, Ludwig Inst. Cancer Res., Medical Research Council Centre, in Cambridge, England (1986); and a master's degree in Histology and Embryology, from the Bioscience Institute of the University of São Paulo (1980). His academic education also stands out for his postgraduate degrees from the Dept. Cell Biology and Anatomy, University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, and from Dept. Cell Biology and Anatomy, from Cornell University Medical College. He acted as Lecturer at the Chemistry Institute of the University of São Paulo, as a Full Professor at the Histology and Embryology Dept. of the University of São Paulo, and of the Biochemistry Dept., also of the University of São Paulo. Furthermore, Mr Reinach worked at the Biotechnology Research Fellow, Rockfeller Foundation, USA, from 1990 to 1997; and at the Research Scholar of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, from 1997 to 2001. Other highlights in his career include his function as a Member of the Brazilian Science Academy (1998), as the Secretary of Scientific Development of the Ministry of Science and Technology (1999), President of CTNBio – Biosafety Technical Commission (1999), as well as the achievement of an award as Commander of the National Order of Scientific Merit (2002). As for his executive career, Mr Reinach was Executive Officer of Votorantim Novos Negócios, during the 2001-2010 period, and he has acted since 2011 as Partner and Executive Officer of Fundo Pitanga, a venture-capital company. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of TIVIT and of AMYRIS; and he has been an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of CTC - Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira S/A since March 2015.
Juan Blanchard - Mr Blanchard acts as the CEO and Member of the Human Resources Committee of Biosev S.A. He holds a college degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Rosário, and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad Austral. He joined Louis Dreyfus Company Group in 1997, and worked in the Oilseed Platforms in Argentina, Geneva and Singapore. He occupied positions of Global Operations Officer of the Oilseed Business and Regional Chief Officer of Oilseed in both the Middle East and Africa, before being appointed as Chief Officer of the Fertilizers and Inputs Business of Louis Dreyfus Company in 2016.
Juliana Baiardi - CEO of Atvos since May 2019. Mrs. Baiardi was CEO of OTP during the 2017-2019 period, where she also acted as the Logistics Area Officer from 2011 to 2016. She was CFO of Odebrecht Ambiental before being nominated the CEO in 2016. Mrs. Baiardi amassed over 13 years of experience in the financial industry, which includes a 10-year experience at J.P.Morgan, in the areas of Investment Banking Coverage, Latin America M&A and Private Equity. Formerly, she held a position in the Project Finance team of Dresdner Bank in Brazil from 1997 to 1999. Mrs. Baiardi holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Bahia – UFBA (1997), and an MBA from Columbia University, New York (2001).
Luis Roberto Pogetti - Mr. Pogetti holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and a master's degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Getulio Vargas Foundation. Pogetti built a renowned professional career as an executive in the financial industry, and currently occupies the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Copersucar S.A., Eco-Energy Global Biofuels, LLC., Alvean Sugar Intermediação e Agenciamento Ltda., the Sugarcane, Sugar and Ethanol Producers Cooperative of the São Paulo State, and CTC - Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira S.A. Also noteworthy was his position as a Member of the Advisory Board of Sugarcane Agroindustry Association of São Paulo (ÚNICA) in February 2015; Member of the Board of Directors of Lógum Logística S.A, of the Brazilian Sincrotron Light Technology Association (ABTLus), and Member of the International Advisory Board of Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC).
Mario Luiz Lorencatto - Mr Lorencatto became CEO of Usina Coruripe in February 2018. Formerly, he acted as CEO for South America of the Lonza Group AG, and held executive positions in agribusiness-related companies - El Tejar Ltd Argentina e Zilor – and abroad, at both Philip Morris/Kraft Foods and Caterpillar. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from FEA/USP, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University - School of Management, USA.
Otávio Lage de Siqueira Filho - Mr Siqueira holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and in Business Administration from the Unified Education Center of Brasília (UniCEUB). He participated in the entire founding process of Jalles Machado S.A (a sugar-energy agribusiness company located in the city of Goianésia (Goiás State). Mr Siqueira has been the CEO of the company since its creation, although he left his position from 2000 to 2008 to act as Mayor of Goianésia. His public management model was considered a benchmark, which enabled the city to take a prominent place among the Brazilian municipalities that developed the most during the period. Also a benchmark was the Integrated Management Policy implemented at Jalles Machado S.A, leading the company to stand out in the sugar-energy sector and to achieve international recognition. With a strong presence in the representative bodies of the industrial sector, Mr Siqueira holds a position as President of the Advisory Board of the Ethanol Manufacturing Industry Union of the Goiás State (Fieg), Board Member of the Abrinq Foundation, and Member of the Board of Directors for CTC - Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira S.A since July 2013.
Paulo Meneguetti - Mr Meneguetti holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Maringá (December 1979). He has amassed over a 30-year career at Usina Santa Terezinha, where he took the position of Supply Officer from January 1, 1983 to July 31, 1994; of CFO from August 1, 1994 to January 1, 2009; and has held the post of Financial and Supply Officer since January 1, 2009. Moreover, he has acted as a Member of the Board of Directors of Usina de Açúcar Santa Terezinha Ltda. Currently, he occupies the following positions: Officer at Santa Terezinha Participações S.A; CEO of PASA - Paraná Operações Portuárias S/A; CEO of Álcool do Paraná Terminais Portuários S/A; CEO of CPLLOG; CEO of JL Participações e Comércio Agropastoril S.A; VP of the Federation of Industries of Paraná State; and Coordinator of FIEP in the Northwestern region of Paraná State.
Pedro Isamu Mizutani - With over 25-year professional experience in the administrative, financial, and production process areas of the sugar-energy sector, Mr Mizutani began his career at Cosan, one of the largest private conglomerates in Brazil, as a Planning Supervisor. In 2009, he took the position of CEO for the Sugar, Alcohol and Energy Segment of Cosan, as well as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cosan. Currently, Mr Mizutani is the Executive VP for External Relations & Strategy at Raizen Energia S.A, formed by a joint-venture between Shell and Cosan in 2011.
Pedro Wongtschowski - Mr Wongtschowski holds a doctorate, a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Escola Politécnica of the São Paulo University. He developed his professional career at the holding company Ultrapar Participações S.A, acting as CEO from 2007 to 2012; at Oxiteno S.A, as Managing Director, from 1992 to 2006; and formerly at Promon Engenharia. Mr Wongtschowski has been a Research Associate for the Technological Management Policy Center of the São Paulo University since 2012. He also acts as Chairman of the Board of Directors of EMBRAPII and of the Member of the Senior Board of ANPEI – Brazilian Association of Research, Development and Engineering of Innovative Companies. He also acts as President of the Industrial Development Studies Institute (IEDI), as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the companies held by Ultrapar Participações S.A, as a Member of the Board of Directors of Votorantim S.A and Embraer S.A, as an Independent Member of the Board of CTC - Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira S.A.
Pierre Louis Joseph Santoul - Throughout his over 25-year executive career, Mr Santoul has taken important executive positions in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Retail, Operations and Strategic Development, in companies such as Goodyear, McKinsey & Company, Electrolux and Technicolor. He holds a degree from the HEC School of Management, Paris. Currently, he has acted as CEO at Tereos Açúcar e Energia Brasil since early 2015, one of the leading companies operating in the sugar-energy industry in Brazil, the world's third largest producer of sugar, as well as with a remarkable presence in the food industry, and the supply of sugar, Tereos produces ethanol and electric energy, on a large scale, stemming from the co-generation from sugar cane bagasse.
Rodrigo Correia Barbosa - Mr Barbosa has acted as a Manager at AGP/DEACE for the Brazilian National Development Bank (BNDES) since May 2018.

Furthermore, he took several positions of ascending responsibility in companies such as Philip Morris and Michelin, in Germany, USA, Canada and Brazil. He acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the following companies: GPC Química, Limagrain Canada Seeds, Canada Crop Protection Institute, Sociedade Israelita Albert Einstein, MDM Brasil, Fosbrasil and Avanti Gestão de Recursos Financeiros.
Viler Corrêa Janeiro - Mr Janeiro holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Campinas - Unicamp (1990), and completed the Specialization Course in Industrial Quality Engineering in 1992, also from Unicamp; and an MBA in Business Management in 2010 from Fundação Dom Cabral. With a successful career, he held positions of succeeding importance at the Rhodia Group, where he started as Assistant Production Engineer at Rhodiaco Chemical Ind.; thereafter, he acted as an Assured Quality Advisor at Rhodia Brazil; Process Engineer at Rhodia Asia Pacific; Production Engineer at Rhodia Silices, Process Coordinator at Rhodia Brazil, Industrial Coordinator at Rhodia Silices from 2000 to 2001; Asset Manager at Rhodia Silica Systems America Latina; Senior Commercial Export Manager at Rhodia; IRO at Rhodia Operations; Business Director at Rhodia/Solvay; and Senior Vice President at Rhodia/Solvay. He has been the Cellulosic Ethanol Business Officer for CTC - Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira S.A since December 2014.
Rinaldo Pecchio Junior - Mr Pecchio holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Unicamp (University of Campinas), in Accounting from PUC - Campinas, MBA in Finance from IBMEC, updating and management development in the United States with professors from Harvard Business School, Tuck School of Business, and updating and development in Switzerland with professors from IMD - International Institute for Management Development. His professional career began at Arthur Andersen, followed by other companies such as Champion Papel e Celulose Ltda (now International Paper) and Elektro, where he held the position of Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer. He was the Executive Director of Finance and Business Transformations at Tetra Pak, Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at AES Brasil. Mr Pecchio also held the position of Chief Financial Officer of AES Brasil's subsidiaries. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of IE Madeira and IE Garanhuns.
